Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
The check in was terrible, we got there around 11:00 and pre-checked in at the desk and they said they would text us when our room was ready. We went to lunch ran errands etc, never heard from them, went back at 4:00, room was cleaned but not inspected so they called someone. Waited another 50 minutes ...

Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.
