「It’s a great hotel in the Glendale area. Stayed here as it was centrally located to the venues my Son played at for a baseball tournament: Peoria and Surprise. Clean, spacious rooms, large gym, nice large pool and it’s new. 「Muy lindo el lugar, el personal muy amable. Paletas gratis. En el checkin los procesos no son muy ágiles. Tampoco tienen opciones de almohadas. Si no te gusta la que hay no hay otras opciones. 「Property was in good condition. Area is ok with some signs of vagrants but I did not encounter any on the property. Overall room was clean but could use some small improvements (ie replace older AC outlets over the work desk with an AC Outlet/60W USB-C combination outlet charger instead). Shower could use a deep cleaning, bit of staining on the bottom of the tub, but otherwise clean.」

「What a comfy cozy little get away!! Immediately upon booking Krysty's Castle the communication between Kristy and I was immediate, friendly and informative! Kristy went above and beyond to meet all or needs and even our requests! The property itself was the cutest and spotless! The beds were so comfortable and huge! 「The best western has definitely done some great remodeling in the hotel. We were on a road trip & had stayed at different hotels but this one was by far the best. The staff and even breakfast were enjoyable. Too bad we didn’t get to experience the pool yet. 」
