Fire alarm went off at approximately 8:00 am it’s was very terrifying. Although it was a false alarm staff should’ve notified guest and extended a late check out offer.

The late night front desk staff helped to resolve my problem and find us a room. We had checked in earlier in the day by our room wasn’t ready so we left our luggage. Sometime between our initial discussion about 10 am and our return at 10 pm the manager gave our room away and canceled our reservation. It wasn’t clear why especially since we had already stopped in and they were storing our bags.

This place was so icky. My bed cover had a burn hole in it and the sheets had stains. I don’t need a lot of frills when I am picking a place just to sleep but I do expect clean.

The place just reeks of cat pee. Pets are allowed to stay on the first floor they said but the entire place stunk so bad! Elevator was sketchy - very old. Just gross.

It was convenient for getting to where we wanted to go. The rooms are outdated, especially the bathroom. And it would be nice to have maybe some sweet rolls, muffins out for breakfast

Way overpriced, rundown and poor value for the money. The coffee maker was pathetic and dangerous!
Hotel/permanent residence for some? People washing dishes in the drinking fountain.

Pretty standard airport hotel that is pet friendly - not that it pertains to me specifically just like that they offer that. Easy to uber or drive. I was able to walk to near by places easily.

I liked the rooms, its spacious and clean. It needs airing out, smells musky. The facility seems aged, grounds dirty, and it appears those that area homeless may be hanging around the property, unsafe feeling.

It’s a bit run down and carpet in the room was dirty. A little noisy with doors slamming. No Kleenex and no body wash but small bars of soap. Absolutely no early check in without a fee. The hotel did give us a room on the upper floor away from traffic as requested so staff was accommodating. Not a bad hotel not great hotel.

It is great value for the money for this area of Tempe. It needs renovation and it definitely could have been cleaner. The bed was perfect though - clean and white sheets and spread. The staff was very very nice.

We went there on business for a trade show in Phoenix and was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice the rooms and hotel were. The wood floors were beautiful and such a nice change from carpeted hotel rooms. Most hotels were priced extremely high for the trade show week so we took a chance on the Red Roof Inn Plus Tempe Phoenix Airport and the hotel lived up to the beautiful photos on their website. Would recommend this hotel for travelers.

We had no issues with the services or stay. We did have to switch rooms for sanitary purposes but the staff was very kind. The area is industrial but very convenient being so close to the airport. You get what you pay for.

Sadly this is our second stay here. First stay was great. This one not so muxh. Black smudges all ovwr the roof and walls. People were stomping above us all night and our neighbors kept slamming the door all night which kept waking my children. The bath had no plug. The phones wouldnt work. Didnt get hardly any sleep. Bad experience.
