It's a convenient, safe, and adequate place to stay for spring training games. The pool is enjoyable, the room was well-appointed and comfortable. The staff are all very welcoming and professional.

Garner Hotel Phoenix Northwest – Surprise by IHG
Was extremely disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Needs a complete update & overhaul. It's also not in the best location for easy access to restaurants or entertainment. Although, the front desk staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating.

Best Western Plus Surprise-Phoenix NW
There is no sound dampening between floors. You will hear anyone moving around above you. The worst I’ve extended in over 40 years of traveling.

Comfort Inn & Suites Surprise Near Sun City West
No hot tub. Pool was too cold. Didn’t use the gym Breakfast was the same every day. Bacon and sausage undercooked. Eggs looked like they may have been held over from the day before and were cold Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
