Kyle has great customer service and made checking in so easy. The room was clean and comfortable, Kyle accommodated us on the first floor because my mom has bad knees and helped us a lot.

Windmill Suites Surprise - Phoenix, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Liked the full breakfast. It was nice to have someone serving the hot items. Carpet looked gross. Rooms were decent and clean but oddly shaped. Toliet is very tight area. They offer double beds v. queens. Elevator is small and only 1. A/C is loud, could hear everyone above us walking.
