「Very clean and staff was excellent. This place is way off all of the tourist attractions so you need a car.」

「Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda. Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…).」

「So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired.」

The pool was amazing with the view. I loved it every second of the hot tub was perfect and honestly, the hotel was amazing. Only problem. I did not like the sargassum on the beach, but that is a natural problem in the hotel that their best to keep it clean.」

「Great for what we needed. Next door to the IGY Simpson bay Marina which was perfect for us. Lots of options for dining walking distance and the grocery just downstairs is a great plus.」
