Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.」

「This room was absolutely amazing , so clean and modern . I usually feel on edge in hotel but I felt so comfortable and slept all night as the bed was so comfy , amazing staff and lovely atmosphere. The bath is also amazing . Would definitely recommend easily the best hotel in Eastbourne:) 」

「We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs. No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property. It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid. Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....

「This was an attempt to put a modern air bnb approach to an old hotel industry. Reception was manned only when you called, entry was by digital number pads and the rooms were quiet. Centrally located and walking distance to the seafront. Will definitively use again.」
