"Upon arrival was shocked at how rude all staff were, in all honesty felt very unsafe from the offset and being a solo traveller was concerned, had a terrible night sleep noisy from being next to a pub and windows that wouldn’t shut in the room so couldn’t block out the sounds, also noises from inside the hotel walls extremely thin and party people there, stains also on my pillows"
