The hotel room was spotless clean, we stayed in a quadruple room with 3 children and 2 adults. The room was a good size and two single beds in a separated room. Beds were very comfortable and they had a fan in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water and the shower curtain could do with changing. The downstairs needs full renovation but we were there for one night so good for what we used it for and the price was excellent so cheap and okey for 1 night

The toilet was disgusting… I had requested a low level room ‘ cause I am asthmatic and I nearly ended up going into an attack as we were given a room on the 3rd floor and believe it or not the lift was broken….my sister is 79 and I am a month of being 75, as you can imagine we struggled big time. However, AMAL very kindly carried her luggage up stairs and got me a fan to aid my breathing…he is a very nice and caring person. Albeit we will not be staying at this hotel ever again & I certainly would not recommend it.

Our room was clean but outside of our room the property was not maintained at all . No housekeeping facilities. Lift not working, air conditioning not working. Property location was very good , staff tried to be helpful but hardly manned the reception. We had to call them if required.

Got to the hotel ...no restaurant like advertised, no bar like advertised. Staff were supposed to be on reception at 8o'clock ...didn't turn up till the afternoon. People tried to phone with no response. I have been halfway around the world staying in hotels. This had so many negatives. Wouldn't advice people to book it

At best this is a One star hotel. The lifts didn’t work, there was no WiFi available, there were no drinking glasses in the room. and no parking available at the property. I felt cheated. The approach to the front door was filthy. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were not even enough toiletries. There was a toilet roll with just a few sheets left. When we asked for more, it came just before we checked out. The hotel seems to be rundown. As per the description, there is parking, however there was no parking available. This put me into a lot of pressure and I had to park almost a mile away, and costed more than the hotel
