The room was shocking. Very dirty and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, even the net curtains at the hotel entrance were dirty. Avoid.

Broken windows tapped up, stains on carpets, dirty walls holes on side of stairs. Cleaning in room not good and bedding had stains and washed with tissue which went all over everything should be closed down.

I checked in and out with in 10 mins the first impressions of the hotel are it’s run down and looks derelict with smashed windows, into the lobby dark, dated and dirty with a hall in the wall. As you go through the property the carpet is stained and the walls are dirty, in the room I was allocated, bathroom was dirty with rusty dirt toilet brush, dirty desk area, broken fan and paint peeling off, net curtains dirty with holes. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star

Filthy room more vomit/urine stains on the carpet than most student houses. Was asked twice for £25 deposit - first by email, second on arrival. Honestly there was not £25 worth of damage I could have done that wasn't done already. Only good thing was no bed bugs. You'd need to be desperate to stay here. Avoid at all costs.

The room was shocking. Room 107 is both Dirty and shabby. I would have moved out had it been for more than 1 night. No towels, no cup, mould on the walls, taps so wonky they splashed my clothes and wet the floor, The chest of drawers had no bottom, so the clothes fell straight through, the bedside table was chipped and stained, the pillow was yellowed with sweat stains. The window sill, curtains and windows were a disgrace, the carpet was stained - thank goodness I brought slippers to wear. A disgusting experience.

Just don’t stay!!

Has 4 rooms for 10 nights each. Rooms beyond disgusting no apologies. There was even a pigeon in one one night!! Towels filthy beds not made. Emailed rang left messages no response our workers ended up going buying cleaning materials etc and cleaning rooms themselves. I probably have in excess of 10 contractors in hotels each week believe me they don’t complain this was absolutely terrible

The location was excellent, short walk from the coast and easy to get to from the town centre. Room was tidy and comfortable bed, however none of the plugs worked, and no remote for the TV. Made the property aware we were checking in late, however the receptionist seemed frustrated at this on the phone, quoting ‘ahh come on man’. Didn’t make us feel overly hospitable

Poor quality property, feels like a hostel, pigeons everywhere, so the property smells. Towels were poor quality and small. Shower OK, bed mattress soft. I would not consider this hotel if I were to visit Eastbourne again.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Blood everywhere, useless management, didn’t even apologise just touched the blood and said it was fine to sleep on because it had dried. No one at reception over night. Front door left unlocked all night. £50 cash taken on arrival without being told when booking.

The pictures of the property on the website do not match. We booked the property based on the pictures but when we arrived it was completely different not as per our expectations the carpet was dirty and toilets not well maintained. The cupboard was broken . The only thing good was it was very close to beach and the town was walking distance from the property. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us information about places to visit .

Good value for money

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a little bit cheap and cheerful, but you get what you pay for. I wasn't execting the Ritz. For the price that I paid, I was really happy with the service and comfort of the room.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft, das Zimmer war allerdings sehr dreckig (in allen drei Betten Haare, hinter der Klobrille nicht geputzt, Haare in der Wanne etc.), das WLAN läuft nicht stabil und man fliegt immer wieder raus
