「Even though we were booked for two nights, the room was not supplied with any additional towels or offered during check in. Kids were running up and down the hallway most of the evening as well as riding the elevator to each floor. Management did not intervene nor did the parents who were taking up the entire downstairs common area with their party. Plenty of booze and late nights loud convo as the children ran wild. 「This was an excellent property! Clean, safe. The room was amazing and I loved the bed. If there was any drawbacks I would say that breakfast was not what I anticipated. It was well done, simply no hot eggs. While they offered a variety of bagels, bread and cereals my husband is diabetic so these options were not the best for us. Boiled eggs were offered however he found that frustrating. This is in no way a complaint. Simply a heads up. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!」
