"The dish network in the room was not working. The staff said they knew that when I checked in but didn't bother telling us. Once we visited about that we were told our room would be discounted 15% for the inconvenience. Now that the transaction has been completed there has not been a discount applied. I even confirmed at checkout that a discount was listed on the stay. "

"Had to try three rooms to find one that was serviceable, the beds, sheets, and pillows were uncomfortable, and the food was subpar."

"The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Shower was good and warm/ hot. Breakfast had a lot of great selections. There was an elevator or stairs to get to the 2nd floor. It was a great place to stay. Except, we were jolted awake the 1st day at 6:28am and the next day at 4:40am by dumpsters being emptied very loudly nearby. We probably would not stay here again because of that. If you're a very deep sleeper give it a try, but we will not try it again. "

"The property is a little run down, the bathroom light was very dim and the fan noise was extremely excessive. The room a/c & heater was also very loud…enough to wake you up at night. The black out curtains are not wide enough for the window so a lot of light came in around the curtains. There was ample parking and it was clean. "
