Stayed with my 3 kids (20, 17, and 9).
Staff came pounding on my room door while I was in the shower and demanded that we check out, my teen attempted to explain that we still had another day. I stumbled out of the shower to check what was going on a I had heard pounding, as my teen is filing me in staff loudly pounded on the door again. This was loud, and by that point my kids were scared and confused. I was then standing there in a towel showing her my email receipt that showed my check out day as the next day. She was rude, acted like this was somehow MY fault and in the end I had to go back to the front desk to check back in as they had checked me out in their system. Rather than feeling like a guest in the hotel it felt like i was treated like an unwanted annoyance, even after they acknowledged that I had, indeed, prepaid for 3 nights and had attributed it to a miscommunication.
Nice hotel overall, but this whole encounter made my trip significantly more stressful for me and my children.
