「This is a pretty standard 3-star hotel that seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks nice, but after the first night, I was honestly ready to leave. The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear a constant humming from the AC units in neighboring rooms, even when your own AC is turned off. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to noise, but it was really hard for me to sleep. The front desk employee tried to be helpful and moved me to another room, but it didn't make much...

「Great location - reasonablely priced - excellent dinner resturants very close by.」

「It was way overpriced. The value of being connected to the Riverchase Galleria mall is diminished when you consider the mall hours are from 11AM to 8PM. Otherwise the room was clean but a little outdated. Will probably find a less expensive option next time I visit. Was on the 15 floor on the mall side. View of the mall roof is nothing special.」

「Staff attitude is good, environment is good, equipment is relatively new, very satisfied」

「Restaurant closed too early」

「Beautiful and clean stay. Limited to no staff to help.」

「The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.」

「Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...

「I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!」

「The hotel lost power during Isiais due to a blown transformer. The staff was incredible during the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!」
