「The hotel is located near city center. It is close to eateries. The hotel's hygiene is satisfactory, air conditioning, and hot water are all very good. We have a non-smoking room. They have a private underground parking. Disadvantages: The pillow is too old. It would be better if there is an option to pay a bit more for a refrigerator.」

「It was a really good stay, and my kids loved the room so much—it felt very comfortable for our family. Easy check in. The location is very strategic, right in the middle of most attractions in Melaka, which made traveling around easy and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lift; it was much better than what I had expected from the Google reviews. It would be even more complete if there were a convenience store and a laundry place within the apartment.」

「The staff, Alif, was extremely helpful re local area and helped us with our forward travel arrangements. Room was nice. Everything was small and compact, but it was all there and functional. The breakfast is not within the hotel but a 5 min walk and is exceptional. 」
