「Excellent stay with warm host Jennifer. Friendly guests which we were able to interact in the common area. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.」

「The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen...

「Lovely, modern room with comfortable beds! Property is very clean and well maintained with excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Grocery store, restaurants, and cafes are a quick 5 minute drive. The beautiful Central Otago wine region is right in your backyard!」

「Good value and nothing to complain at all. Very new hotel and clean. The location is convenient and near to airport and nearby shopping mall with super market n restaurants. Should definite come back in my next visit. The only drawback is limited car park. We had to park our car along the road outside the hotel which was dead end but got a fine ticket next morning. 」

「House keeping did a wonderful job, room was cleaned and tidy which made our stay really comfortable. However the water temperature for shower was not hot enough. Will be just warm if taking a bath. That’s the only downside need to be improved. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. thank you!」
