The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay
The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes.

Os Style Hotel Batam Centre
A very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. However, the noise from the main road in front of the hotel intrudes into the rooms facing it. Especially the noisy motorcycles. Would definitely stay there again but I will ask for a room facing away from the road.
