"Other than very good location and restaurant on site, the property is not well maintained and not well described. We didn’t have shampoo in the bathroom, couldn’t check in with the code provided and witnessed other parties having the same problem. They advertised heated pool June to September but the pool area was in disarray. Disappointed."

"The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one."

"I have always enjoyed visiting and staying at your casino/hotel for many years. By far, always the best option in BlackHawk! However, this past week’s visit was disappointing. I may be mistaken, but I thought I made a reservation for a premier king size room with more square footage and other amenities? The TV screen was consistently going in and out and refreshing the screen in our room number 1030 last Wednesday night. Then when it was refreshed, the audio was not in sync with the screen. Both my girlfriend, I also had difficulty using our rewards card and more than half the slot machines and video blackjack in your casino. As I said, somewhat of a disappointing visit."
