"I booked a Deluxe room with two beds for three people... but the sheets were very stiff, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There were towels for only one person, and the shampoo and soap were far too miniature—barely enough for a single person. As for the coffee maker, there was no outlet on the table to plug it into, and there were supplies to make only one cup of coffee. The refrigerator NEVER cooled down the bottles of water and juice I had purchased. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very friendly."

"The property was well ran, staff was friendly, and pets were welcomed, but I was overcharged $50!!! Not happy that the invoice doesnt match the final charge! Why was i overcharged!?? Hidden fees being stolen thinking people do not itemize their charges!? Unacceptable! "

"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."
