"This was a super ok hotel, but nothing crazy amazing. The bed was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but if you don’t speak Thai, you will have to be fluent in body language, but only if you’re inquiring about things off the regular check in check out menu. "I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I was in the Jomtien wing and room was good, the Breakfast had a bit of everything but was hard to find a free table some mornings, I also had a few games of bowling in the hotel bowling alley, the only down side to the hotel was the main pool, there was never any free chairs around the pool area and the water was extreamly cloudy and dirty, I went in only once and even with goggles I could not see the botton of the 1.5mt pool due to how dirty and cloudy the water was, so never ventured to the pool for the rest of the stay. There is a second pool in the Jomtien Building but this also was not very inviting."

"We stayed in the King Seaview room which had a marvelous view of the grounds and the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed the rain shower tremendously, best ever. The adult pool water temperature was perfect with built in seating areas looking out to the sea. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the wide water slide. Unfortunately the longer slide was temporarily closed. The only disappointment was the lack of information about the Pattaya floating market the hotel provided shuttle service for which was a huge let down and waste of $50 for 15 minute boat ride and zero boat vendors, which was our expecation."
