"I stayed in the bliss for 5 nights as a solo traveller i felt very secure as i had a passkey to get in an security at night the apartment was spotless and a lovely big balcony i even had a washing machine i had a problem with air conditioning and it was done same day beautiful rooftop pool which i was in one night at 9 o clock wish my stay had been longer one of the best if not the best just couldnt find a fault hope to come back to patong and this is where I'll stay thank you"

"This property made for a nice three night stay. Vivian the hotel manager was very kind to us during our stay. The rooms were very modern and I absolutely loved the pool. "

"The property was great however there was one challenge. The pool closes at night at 10 , but on all nights except for the first night, there were families with kids in the pool at 12am and one night it was 1am. I was awakened by the playful screams of small children. This was the most uncomfortable experience here. The parents were in the pool with the children because you could see and hear the kids say daddy. The property was amazing for the price which is why I still scored it high. "

"When we arrived our room was not what was asked for so the first night was in a loft room. Not ideal but it sufficed. The next day we were moved to a house villa with 5 bedrooms. This was fantastic and made our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating"

"I like the general area and the amenities offered at The Baycliff Residence however there is a large difference in room quality and we stayed in an older front area this time but I will and suggest to go back to the rear next time. "

"Luxury apartment but it could definitely be better maintained. Many things are in disrepair. You also do not get housekeeping and the apartment was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves. There is a washing machine which is nice and the access to the beach is a plus!"

"Group of 8 20 year olds stayed here for 6 nights with 6 rooms. The rooms were extremely clean and cleaned again every day. Our stay felt very secure and we were able to come and ago as we pleased. There was some confusement with payment as we payed/booked through hotels.com and there was a delay with Dydi receiving this money. However the whole situation was dealt with calmly and smoothly. "The room was gorgeous and spacious with a huge terrace over looking the beach. Some communal areas upstairs were a bit worn and untidy but the restauyrabt downstairs was also beautiful. The only downside to our stay was the AC was broken. The hotel went out of their way to try to fix it but two nights we slept with extra fans as the AC was beyond repair. It was unbearably humid! The staff were very apologetic and did atheu could. "

"Great spot. Great price. Make sure to book a non smoking room if that’s not for you. Staff at front very good. Would have preferred to been asked if my room was cleaned more. Had my sign on door multiple times and they only cleaned once. Pool area was great. I would stay again. Thank you."

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny. "
