「Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia....

「The hotel is very hard to find. The staff were nice but hard to talk to old and ripped bed sheet not always had enough sheet to change the sheets every day old and stained towels. On the plus side what a view from my bed to wake upto.i have paid less for my stay and got water every day not at this hotel.had to ask for basic stuff. 」

「We stayed at room No.3 and had a really good time in the villa. The room is located near the parking area and the gym so everything is really close.The view was amazing and the pool is really clean. The staff are really helpful, and quick response to our questions through the villa app. Will definitely come back again!」

「Fint værelse . Dejligt rent. Vi fik dog de andre værelser at se, og kunne se at vi havde et gammelt men større værelse en de øvrige . Vi efterspurgte med direkte adgang til pool, men dette var udsolgt. Så vær obs på man får det man har booket . 」

「1/免費泊車2/凌晨可以辦理入住手續3/當晚沒有熱水沖涼4/房間有少量異味，露台同埋睡房可以開窗5/翌日花灑熱水水已經解決，但房間異味不能換房。」
