Stayed here for over a month and loved it. Very clean, big rooms with great movie and sport channels. Staff very friendly and helpful. No problems bringing guests back either (many hotels charge you each time). Location is excellent - in a quiet, nice soil just a short walk to a beautiful stretch of Patong beach. The rooftop pool is located at the Neon Hotel which is only 10-15 mins walk away and it's very much worth it - great pool with beautiful views. I highly recommend this property.

I recently stayed at the Grand Orlov Apart Hotel in Patong, and it was a great experience. The best part about this hotel is the location—it’s just a short walk to Patong Beach, restaurants, and shops, making it super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and had great air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. The bed was a bit firm, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with check-in and arranging transportation. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, and I had no issues staying connected. Despite being close to the nightlife, the noise level wasn’t bad at all, and I was able to sleep comfortably. Overall, this hotel is a great budget-friendly option if you want to stay near the action in Patong. It’s clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The highlight of the hotel is the staff. Front desk Pol, Noah, Win and Saw were amazing. They quickly responded to any questions and provided assistance above and beyond.

They tried to fix the air conditioner twice and finally had a move to a new room. The Wi-Fi was unusable in both rooms so I had to leave the hotel after one night. No refund or help of any kind
