"We have never stayed anywhere quite like it. Absolute luxury, complemented by the most attentive, courteous and professional staff we have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly special and cared for in the most extraordinary way. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was simply exceptional, with world-class cuisine worthy of a top chef, whether it was breakfast, lunch, high tea or dinner. Every meal was an...

"Staff and guides were all excellent and thoroughly enjoyed the drives. Lodge and food also excellent and we met some fantastic people, however we very very disappointed with our accommodation. So we could constantly hear noise of the kitchen preparations, plates and bins being emptied and staff singing and talking rather...

"Bukela is a beautiful stay, facilities are great, friendly staff and our ranger (Sim) was very knowledgeable. Foodwise is really below average, just not good especially for a 5* resort. It felt like diner was prepared during the day and heated up in the evening, just not fresh. Breakfast was really poor. Only meal that was good was the lunch. No snacks during the day. Due to this matter i will not likely to visit Bukela again nor reconmend to anyone which is regretful as the staff and facilities...

"The room was amazing and the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly! We would stay here again! We were able to see all of the animals on our first game drive and that made the trip! Thank you again for making our vacation so memorable!"

"Great staff, excellent Restaurant, wonderful Safari experience with Wanele!"

"From check-in to checkout our experience was first class. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The property is very quiet and comes with a private dock on the river. We definitely recommend staying here. "
