"Esta foi a segunda vez que ficamos hospedado no mesmo hotel, no mesmo periodo. Registro aqui alguns pontos observados durante nossa estadia, com o objetivo de contribuir. No 2° dia, solicitamos a recepção a troca de toalhas e a plaqueta de aviso do quarto. Fomos informados de que a plaqueta estavam sendo confeccionada e que o pedido seria repassado. Após mais de quatro horas sem retorno, solicitamos ajuda a uma camareira, que de forma muito atenciosa e gentil conseguiu nos auxiliar...
