The stay was pleasant and staff was overall helpful. The hotel premises are clean. Minor problems with hot water from the shower. The value for money I did not find proportionate, however there are only a few hotels of nice-upper scale in this area.

O hotel é pequeno mas muito aconchegante. Lindo! Está localizado em uma área maravilhosa de Cabo Frio. O quarto era bem decorado e estava extremamente limpo. Cama confortável! O café da manhã não tinha opções que eu estava acostumada como omelete ou salsichas, mas tudo que estava lá era muito bom. Os sucos estavam deliciosos! Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

O atendimento e o hotel no geral foi bem legal. Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã gostoso. E a piscina muito boa. O quarto que colocaram minha filha, seu esposo e minha neta parecia um pouco improvisado, como se ainda estivesse em construção. Não havia porta para o banheiro, só uma cortina e era ao lado da lavanderia, onde ficavam baldes e outras coisas no corredor (não parecia um hotel, pouco profissional). Houve também um problema com os registros de água do nosso banheiro, Fomos atendidos prontamente para solução deste problema.

Excelente localização proximo da mhor gastronomia do bairro da Passagem, alem da arquitetura historica da região. Otimo cafe da manhã. Frigobar totalmente desabastecido. Cafe e agua servidos na recepção Atendentes muito acenciosos, em especial com o servico de cafe da manha, no caso de intolerancia a gkuten e lactose, porem sem muitas opcoes.

Diária cara para cobrar estacionamento a parte

Experiência boa. Localização ótima. Tivemos um problema de over booking do quarto que foi rapidamente solucionado. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã ok. Localização da recepção estranha. Faixada sem nome do hotel, estacionamento é pago e o carro fica no tempo na calçada.

Hotel excelente. Quarto confortavel, bom tamanho, cama, travesseiros e lencois excelentes. Banheiro amplo e chuveiro muito bom. Cafe da manha tambem. Alem da equipe super atenciosa e prestativa. Alem de tudo isso, a localização é fantastica. Da para ir a pé paea a praia do forte (10 min) e nas ruas em torno do hotel tem diversas opções de restaurantes muito bons !!!!

Lugar aconchegante, bom restaurante e café da manhã. O que precisa é ter uma quantidade mínima de bebidas no frigobar. Pelo menos água. Ter tb lanches rápidos. Aumentar a cortina do quarto para cobrir a claridade.
