Hotel bom, com boa localização, próximo a região da passagem, dá pra ir facilmente a pé, mas pelo preço poderia oferecer mais. No primeiro quarto o sanitário estava entupido e solicitamos a troca do quarto que foi prontamente atendida.

Boa relação custo benefício

Excelente localização na rua principal. Fácil acesso a todos os locais. Hotel espaçoso e com todos os recursos necessários. Serviço bom, tem restaurante com bom preço e bom horário de atendimento. Rooftop com piscina, sauna e bar. Café da manhã e serviço do restaurante simples mas atendem super bem.

Ótimo, sempre uma boa opção!

É a segunda vez que fico hospedada no Samba, porém dessa vez fiquei em um quarto menor, a única coisa que senti falta foram cabides no quarto; de resto, tudo ótimo. Fica próximo a praia do forte e fácil acesso as outras praias.

O hotel é bom. O maior problema é o bar que fica responsável pela área da piscina. Não pode comer nada na cobertura sem ser o que eles vendem, no entanto, é praticamente impossivel achar alguma coisa la. Meio dia nao tem petisco porque só começa depois das 15hrs. E às 17:30 não tem mais porque já fechou a cozinha (que funciona em teoria até 20hrs).

Muito boa foi a estadia,porém no site dizia que tinha estacionamento disponível, mas chegando no hotel a recepção disse que era pago.tivemos que pagar o estacionamento, caso contrário tinha que deixar meu carro na rua.

Horrível

O primeiro apartamento que nos destinaram estava sem gas no ar condicionado, após nos remanejar os 2 outros apartamentos estavam com cheiro de cigarro, principalmente no banheiro no qual tinham realizado a limpeza naquele momento. A multa era de 500,00 para quem fumasse no hotel, sendo que esses apartamentos estavam fumaça pura. 3• apartamento era mofo puro. Por ultimo nos direcionaram para o 4• apartamento que era aceitável. Eu esperava menos aporrinhação, sem ter que aguardar quase 1 hora entre as trocas de apartamento.

Excelente opção!!!

Hotel muito novo, algumas coisinhas simples a serem ajustadas como as frequentes quedas de energia ( energia caia, mas voltava logo em seguida) e a Tv com apenas 4 opçoes de canais, alem de algumas areas que ainda não estão funcionando como a sauna por exmplo, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Quarto muito confortavel com uma vista maravilhosa para o canal ( fiquei no quinto andar, quarto 501 suite Deluxe) Localização excelente, perto de tudo, funcionarios do hotel sempre com um sorriso no rosto, área da piscina na cobertura do hotel com um por do sol indescritivel, resumindo... voltaria com certeza!!!

Positivos: Quartos bons e limpos. Lençóis e toalhas bem cheirosos. Ambiente bonito, agradável e bem familiar. Localização maravilhosa Meio negativos: Os atendentes não são muito simpáticos, mas também não tive problemas. Café da manhã razoável, não tinham muitas variações. ( Pro nível do hotel, espera mais) Não tinha chá ( pra quem toma de manhã, lascou!) e apenas uma opção de bolo de massa pronta. Alguns bolinhos com recheio de creme estavam quase azedando :/ O Wi-Fi é ruim e tinha um elevador em manutenção.

Razoável

Estacionamento pago R$ 35,00 por dia. Check in só começa a ser feito às 14hrs, então forma a fila de pessoas que chegam um pouco mais cedo, então virou uma confusão e demora de mais de 40 min ( cheguei às 14hrs em ponto). Café da manhã razoável, ovos frios, tiveram dias que não teve copo e nem talher, muita demora nas reposições. Chegamos e a fechadura estava sem bateria, o quarto não trancava. Nos colchões não tem uma capa protetora, só um lençol fino e menor que a cama, no meio da noite acordamos com o colchão totalmente descoberto. Só tem 2 travesseiros ruins e moles. Não tinha secador, tivemos q pedir na recepção. A estrutura parece ser nova ou reformada. Academia bem fraca, e a água da piscina estava gelada.
