Amamos nossa estada! O quarto era amplo, bem iluminado, roupa de cama nova, sem falar que a decoração do quarto que era um charme! O ambiente externo é lindo, tudo limpinho, com piscinas separadas para crianças e adultos. O café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso! A localização também é ótima pra quem gosta de sair a pé para comer à noite!

Caro para o que oferece O hotel se divide em ala de quartos novos e antigos. Os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, grandes. A ala nova é muito bonita. Cafe da manha bom, com algumas coisas diferentes. Localização excelente No entanto pontos que atrapalham a experiência e fazem com que o hotel se torne caro paro oq oferece: apos certo horário nao tem recepcionista, vc deve ligar para um numero para virem fazer o check in. Para que a limpeza do quarto aconteça, vc tem que deixar na recepção a chave ate certo horário, caso contrario seu quarto nao sera limpo, ninguém avisou isso no check in. Bar da piscina a conta deve ser fechada na própria piscina, nao é feito no check out

NÃO VOLTO MAIS!

Estávamos na suíte master com hidromassagem em lua de mel e o chuveiro não funcionava a água quente, a torneira estava folgada e quando abria ela girava, a ducha higiênica alagou o banheiro com vazamento. Não tinha água no frigobar e tinha que pegar na recepção, além do frigobar estar desligado. Péssima experiência, não recomendo!

De modo geral adoramos o hotel, localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável. Mas, importante mencionar que no quarto onde ficamos, havia pouca ventilação, onde foi necessário usar o ar condicionado constantemente; não possui secador de cabelo sendo necessário solicitar na recepção por ser dividido com outros hóspedes; pouquissimas tomadas o que dificultou o carregamento de celular por ex, não possui TV a cabo, estacionamento com poucas vagas, o carro teve que ficar em uma obra ao lado do hotel.
