Throughout my stay, all the staff were incredibly attentive, helped me find my way around the best local spots, and had the most positive and helpful attitude all round. The location was also perfectly placed in Georgetown, close to all the tourist spots whilst not being on a busy or noisy road. Breakfast was included and, much like the heritage of Penang itself, I was...

「Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby. Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside. The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious 」

「we're reserved 3 rooms totally from Jun 30 to Jul 5, there wasn't clean up in noontime when we went back to the hotel, luckily there was only one room on 1st floor without cleaning. Of course, we then raised out to the Frontier.」

「Safe in room didn't work at first but got it settled later after staff passed us two sets of keys to reset (poor service). Not much of a welcome. An old-style accommodation, cosy but frills-less. Pool is really small. 」

「Room is very clean, and thank the staff for their」

「Room is clean and the blue mansion is very beautiful indeed. The breakfast is a semi-buffet and very tasty. AC is very strong and the room offer cool respite from the heat」

「Room is big, with lots of traditional decorations. The air-con is super nice. The breakfast is good. Location is good too, close to city centre and tourist attractions.」
