"I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!"

"I love this hotel because of the location itself. The room is clean, well maintained and it is very helpful to have iron + board in room. This hotel is near to Chowrasta Market (walking distance) and you have lots of options for food if you are lazy to go out. Easy to get grab and the fee is also cheap.
