「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」

「Loved our stay at this new boutique hotel. It’s outside of city center but only a 7min walk to the nearest train station and bus stop across the street for easy access to city center and airport. Customer service was great, everyone was very nice. It sits right on Lake Geneva with even swimming access. Highly recommend!」
