Great Stay

Very good accommodation. Very clean Bedroom and Bathroom. Situated in beautiful surroundings. They also provide a great dinner at a very reasonable price. Overall very good value for money.

The location was serene but far from the nearest train station. If you want a relaxing break, it is ideal. The breakfast was good. But afternoon and evening meals were not great. The staff were nice and most spoke Englisg and were helpful.

we stayed at the "barn" building, we liked the area, easy parking in front of the building, breakfast was great; lunch was a bit confusing-there were no prices listed anywhere, we were charged a bit more than we were initially told but the quality of food was great. we would stay again

We booked this property several days in advance for our honeymoon. Unfortunately my wife ended up getting sick enough to go to the hospital. We informed the hotel as soon as we found out we would be cutting our trip short, and provided hospital visit verification. We politely simply asked for a refund, which was denied. Not diminishing the property (it looks beautiful and we wished we could see it) but giving low rating due to compassion for our circumstance.

I wish I could be back there now

Everyone I meet were very friendly The meals I had were phenomenal I really miss the food and the chef and his staff. One of the most beautiful places in the world with so much history. My walks were exceptional and therapeutic. I thoroughly enjoyed my adventure at the Chateau de Bossey

Chateau is outside the city, situated in the midst of beautiful farmland. In the backyard, the alps and Lake Geneva are visible. It is beautiful, however I had to pay almost &200 for the taxi (roundtrip) to get there. There is train but to walk 1.2 km is too challenging

Fair price in Switzerland. Spacious and clean. share bathroom I noticed already. It was not easy to use Public transports. I knew this also. it was still too dark on the way to the bus stop at night. but it was also beautiful.

Absolutely Shambolic - Fawlty Towers of Geneva

It is fair to say that this is without exception the most unfortunate property I have ever booked through hotels.com . It has absolutely no place being offered on this website . Suffice it to say that on arrival ( in the middle of nowhere - even the taxi driver was astonished ) there were no reception staff - my key was left on the desk together with an invitation to walk 400 metres to my room in a building up the road. The room was in the roof - had no windows - and was furnished from a junk shop . Total ripoff - we left and booked elsewhere

I would not recommend this property. I thought they would give me a bedroom in the main building, but they gave me a room in a remote building called the Grange. It was me, my wife and my son. We were given a bedroom in the Atico, with no side windows, just a window in the roof. It was clean but there were spiders. The worst was the feeling of claustrophobia, even more so without AC. It was the worst lodging I have taken in my life. I do not recommend them be careful. When I made the reservation through Expedia they showed me photos with windows, it is bad advertising. Yo no recomendaria esta propiedad. Pense me iban a dar un dormitorio en el edificio principal, pero me asignaron un cuarto en un edificio alejado llamado la Granja. Fuimos yo, mi esposa y mi hijo. Nos dieron un dormitorio en el Atico, sin ventanas laterales, solo una ventana en el techo. Si estaba limpio pero habian arañas. Lo peor fue la sensacion de claustrofobia, mas aun sin AC. Fue el peor hospedaje que halla tomado en mi vida. No se los recomiendo tengan cuidado. Cuando hice la reserva por Expedia me mostraron fotos con ventanas, es un mal advertising.
