"The spa jets were not working. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly, shampoo dispenser was empty and missing body wash dispenser. There were not any additional toilet paper rolls, only 1/2 a roll that was left on the ring. We called the front desk and housekeeping brought us 3 little soap bars. The breakfast was good and the bar/lobby is very nice. The rooms need to be updated."

"Everything good. The only thing was that the AC in my room (408) wasn’t cold enough even in the coldest setting, it needs to be checked out. Customer service was great. "

"Fun place to stay in great position between the beach and Worth Avenue. Pink themed throughout which is cute and stylish. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and not as good as first time. The first time we were bowled over by the friendly and helpful staff and abundance of everything attitude. Nothing was too much trouble during the first stay. This time not so much and some of the girls at front of house could do with a refresher course on customer service. Overall we had a wonderful stay thank you."

"The place is filthy. Air conditioner had to be replaced so we had to change rooms. Overall, the entire hotel is gross.The front desk clerk was rude every time we went spoke to her. There are hundreds of good hotels in Palm Beach County. This isn't one of them."
