The shuttle service for this hotel really needs improvement. Payment for a ride is only possible through a clumsily designed website - good luck with that when faced with a data speed limit. The hotel is acceptable as a budget option, but even for an ultra budget, it’s lacking in some essentials Services are bare bones if you’re okay with that it’s not terrible. I was hoping to get more for the price I paid.

Area seems safe. The hotel is clean and the proximity to airport make this place great budget value for early departure or late flight arrival. Can eat at novotel just by for a good eat even in late time

직원분들이 너무 친절합니다. 짐이 많아서 여기 창고에 맡겼는데 여러번 짐을 뺐다 넣었다 했을때 마다 도움을 줬어요. 바로 앞에 버스 정류장도 있고 큰 쇼핑몰도 있어서 출장 차 온 경우엔 묵을만 합니다

I was given room# 541. When opening the door, oh my God, the room was not done yet. Went to the from desk. No sorry was said. I said I was tired, hungry and really pissed off by such a poor service!!!

The staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Your hotel is more affordable than many but has all the basic comforts necessary for a short or longer stay. The airport shuttle was also a great help. Thank you.

This hotel provides very good service on a budget. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to find an open restaurant in the immediate area and the hotel only provides a continental breakfast. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Advertised with Restaurant which there isn’t. Also suggested not to got to Novotel next door as the only served food for their guests and nearest Restaurant 15 minutes walk. This was rubbish, we went to Novotel had a nice meal, staff there were excellent and I would pay more to stay there next time. Hallways look like something out of a prison. Never going back

It’s a budget hotel. I did not expect much from it. There is no central air condition so when the weather is hot, you can’t open the window because it’s near the airport. The price is good though.

There is mosqitues in the room the window is totally not.fit for the room there is not enough tissue rolls.in toilet there is no kettle. And there is no facility to warm.the food and there is lack of.cleaniness in room.and specially when u bath there is no privacy specially when.u with your kids

The staff were helpful and done English. I wish there had been a microwave and fridge in the room. Also I was less than satisfied with the breakfast options.

The guy on reception during the evenings over the weekend was friendly, but the other reception staff were not accomodating. There was no tea/coffee/water or a kettle in the rooms or provided unless it was breakfast. We were getting water from the machine for the first 3 days and then we were told we weren't allowed to get water after breakfast although we were told it was from the tap, which it clearly wasn't as it tasted different and they wouldn’t have been so protective over drinking it. The room was booked for 3 guests, the 3rd bed wasn't made so we had to make it when we arrived. Take a pillow because what was provided is so thin we had to fold it in half. Cleaners were lovely, the hotel was close to the bus stop and they had a screen where you could order take away to the hotel which was handy.
