「Wow!! What an amazing hotel to stay at. From our arrival to our departure we were well looked after. The staff were cheerful and most helpful. The cleanliness was was second to none. Breakfast choice was plentiful and the cooked option was very tasty.We would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Property is not well maintained. Beds are in very poor condition .Lots of stains on the side of bed .Carpet is dirty .Tiolet was not clean properly .only one tiolet roll available even didnt ask for after .Family of four and one tiolet roll .Bed sheets very thin and old but smell fresh .Most disappointed is kettle very bad rusty from inside and cups are same stains inside.i didn't use even how can someone make tea in this kettle ,atleast kettle and cups should be clean these are basic hygiene...

「Very convenient for Pleasure Beach (5mins walk) Friendly host Room sufficient for 1 person but very tight bathroom as shower and toilet in same room were v close to each other with a sink outside in the room. A little awkward for men needing a shave. Good amount of toiletries, towels and coat hangers Kettle and coffee/tea provided Breakfast if wanted served at 9am.」

「Property location is good just 6 min walk to south pier. Staff is excellent. Beds spring mattress were just ok」

「Staff met us on arrival on Monday the 15th of June didn't see a single person until Wednesday evening, had problems with the TV hotel manager explained that they had no TV licence but we could download our own network system ? Surely its illegal to not have a TV licene or an entertainment licence? As two pensioners a tv was essential to enable us to relax after a busy day in Blackpool. The result of no staff being present was we were unable to get clean towels until Thursday, the room was...
