「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」
