Everything about our stay at the Saccardi hotel was excellent. Staff, friendliness, quality of food and drinks, room cleaning everyday, Sergio our waiter was very professional, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him.

all was great , nice aera, easy, all the time when we pass by there we stop for lunch or sleep , one thing have to be improve is : Food is very good, but the portion of pasta is very Small, pasta don't coast huge budget to put more in the plate.

All in all a great hotel! I loved, that cats are in the entryarea of the hotel. All people were friendly and the outdoorpool and the wellnessarea were perfect for relaxing. The only two minus-points were, that you allways wake up early, because the cleaning-stuff begins their work and they are very busy and noisy in the corridor, the doors to the rooms seem to be barely soundproofed. The other thing was, that the restaurant offers just one vegetarien-option and no vegan-option, although the vegan-symbol in the beginning of the menue is shown. There is a great pizzeria nearby - „Il cavolo a merenda“.

Great compromise for city break and relaxing stay!

Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel! When we first drove up is only 5 mins away from the airport and is basically off a motorway so thought oh no originally, however when we got to the hotel there’s a big car park outside that you can park your car on for free (really helpful for us as we hired a car for driving to lake Garda and Venice) and the reception and facilities are really lovely. Beautiful pool outside and have a spa inside that is fully open on the weekend (in the week it’s just pool only). Staff are really friendly can’t do enough for you. Breakfast was buffet style with bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, different cakes everyday. It is not your typical full English as in no sausages or beans but is very filling and I really enjoyed the breakfast. For evening meal every night we were in Verona we went to Verona town centre which is about a 15 minute drive. We pre booked using the hotel free shuttle bus there and then got a taxi back as there werent times back we wanted for the shuttle and didn’t want to be on a time scale and taxi cost around 30 euro. Rooms are decent, spacious, a bit outdated in places. Had to give 4 stars as also had building work next to the hotel so could hear that but for us the hotel was so nice that didn’t bother us. You get what you pay for and the service was excellent. For me it is worth being further out from Verona as I love a pool and spa and time to relax which you wouldn’t have in the town centre.

I stay here every year for the last 3 years a particular event in Verona and not only is it convenient this year they welcomed me back audibly when i walked it, I was surprised that they knew my name, that was an exceptional touch. Staffing is incredibly kind and generous all smiles all the time!

We wanted a one night stay with some chill time by the pool, after a 5 day vacation with a lot of sightseeing and a wedding. The reason we booked this hotel, was primary by the practical distance from the AirPort in Verona and a pool. First impression was pretty good. Friendly staff, AirPort shuffle, Nice pool and clean roms. The staff at the resturant was really friendly and Nice. A couple of things that can be improved: some dirty carpets in the hallway on the floor our room was in, and a lot of the daybeds by the pool was broken. All in all, a Nice and comfy stay!

Fantastisk service....

Vi havde 2 værelser i to nætter, august mit på ugen. Det er anden gang vi har booket her. Og det bliver kun bedre med årene. Receptionisten var fantastisk hurtig, præcis og informativ ved indtjekning. Værelserne har hvad de skal. Er rene pæne og vedligeholdt. Har aircondition og et lille køleskab. Sengene er lidt til den bløde side. Baren der også tjener som en stor butik, med italienske produkter. Har et fantastisk personale. Vi sad ved et bord og spillede kort, en aften. Og selv om de var over barens lukketid. Var der ingen antræk til at vi ikke kunne forsætte med at spille. Butikken/baren er et besøg værd allene for dens udvalg. Restauranten har det bredeste udvalg at vine og spiritus. Det er ikke hver dag man ser Louis 13. Cognac på et hotel. Men her kan du købe hele flasken. Morgenmaden kan enten nydes ved poolen eller inde i restauranten blandt fantastiske flasker. Tjenerne er opmærksomme og professionelle. Poolområdet er et ekstra plus i sommervarmen med personale som sikrer vi kan få is og væske. Det er andet år vi var her. Og vil helt klar vælge dette hotel igen når vi er i Verona området. Da du på 12 minutter er inde i centrum. Med egen bil eller hotellets shuttle bus. P.s. Rundt om hjørnet, 300 meter fra hotellet. Ligger et godt Pizzaria der også er et besøg værd.

Hotellet ligner ikke noget særligt. Bygningen udefra, kvarteret og særligt motorvejen er ikke specielt indbydende! Gå alligevel i tur i den lille by Caselle, den er meget autentisk og et besøg værd. Og indenfor på hotellet arbejder nogle mennesker der virkelig yder en fantastisk, imødekommende og meget personlig service! Ingen nævnt, ingenglemt! Vi har netop været der for tredje gang og kommer igen! At hotellet kun er for plus16 årige gæster, typisk ikke overfyldt gør kun oplevelsen endnu bedre! Spis på hotellet det er godt, og pengene værd eller tag hotellets shuttlebus til Verona og tag en taxa hjem(25-30€) Det er et virkelig interessant hus, hvis man er vindrikker, der er noget for alle smagsløgene og enhver pengepung!

Helt ok hotell

Fint hotell, men veldig dårlig internett spesielt på rommene. Vi bodde i 3 etasje der det er eget internett, men fikk ikke passordet ved adkomst. Veldig deilig med basseng, men folk «kapret» solsenger for å så gå å gjøre noe annet. Ett stykke ifra sentrum, men går gratis buss fra hotellet 3 ganger om dagen. Lang ventetid på restauranten, og har smakt bedre mat.
