「The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

「The location of the hotel was PERFECT which is why who chose this hotel. However the cleanliness of the room was poor and worse was the shower. It had black bold all over. We honestly felt very dis usted when showering. They service the room daily but not really clean. It was just throwing the trash, taking the used towels and replacing them with new ones but cleanliness overall lacked in the room. The front desk staff did the minimum: if you asked for a taxi they would get it for us but...
