「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「Excellent location to walk to downtown Bologna. Room was large, clean & had a great shared kitchen area. Could use some better soundproofing between the floors. We were on the 1st floor (1 level above the street), and could hear people walking in their room above us. The only hiccough was there is only limited hours for checkin & the staff was late. The emergency number we were provided was not working. Once the staff arrived everything was sorted out quickly. They were very helpful in...

「nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying」

「The room was fantastic. It was farther from centrale than originally shown, but was still just a short taxi or bus ride away. Checkin would have been easy (all online) but the website would not let me use my camera which wasted hours for me. If you stay more than 1day BYO TP & soap. Other than that the room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I have no complaints. 」
