「Room was clean and comfortable! We had a good. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great with a good spread of items. Location is about 30 minutes by car from the ZTL center of Bologna, so we found it convenient and at a good price. Thank you!」

「The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled.」

「The apartment is really nice. Just missing like a vending machine, there is nothing around in case you need water or a drink. Also missing hair dryer. The beds were super comfortable and everything clean.」

「The room had everything we needed, nice clean/modern bathroom, good bed. The dining experience was wonderful, the food was very good, breakfast and dinner. Staff was great and fun, and the owner is a pretty cool dude! The walking trail on the property, about a mile long, was very fun and weird and I loved it most of all. Great large outdoor area for lounging, reading, dining.」

「It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well」

「Camera pulita, posizione non centrale ma servita da autobus , circa due km dal centro.Ben riscaldata ma il flusso di acqua è da migliorare.」

「No amenities except a coffee maker. Room was a good size but smelled of smoke, on top of other guests smoking in their rooms while we were in the hotel. Very unpleasant. The shared bathroom was clean enough but not expected so a disappointment. At least there is an elevator, since it's 6 floors up!」

「Terrific location, close to everything you want. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but the overall state is tired and well worn. Exceptionally quiet considering the location. While it claims to be on the first floor there are many flights of stairs (6?) to get to it. Just hope no one has left the doors to the rickety lift open on a higher floor. The apartment gave us everything we expected, it was just not as erefined as we hoped and only equiped with basic minimum amenities 」

Descrizione su hotels.com ingannevole perché non vi è alcun parcheggio disponibile, né con posti limitati né illimitati. La mail che conferma la prenotazione consiglia un parcheggio a pagamento a 20 minuti a piedi che è attualmente chiuso ma evidentemente non è noto all'host. Pulizia buona ma migliorabile.」
