「Rooms had tea but no coffee, which I thought was weird and petty. I just didn't get it -- does a packet of instant coffee cost that much more than a tea bag? Also: the breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 a.m., but most of the trays were empty by 10.」

「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Eravamo in 5, siccome avevamo un Torneo di Softball allo Stadio Falchi, la location era comodissima. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stadio. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente. Un ingresso con sala con un ampio tavolo, cucinino, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Due balconi sulle camere. 「È sempre piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel però ultimamente lo stanno trascurando un po' troppo ed è un vero peccato. Ad esempio per questa volta avevamo una splendida suite al piano Terra addirittura con due bagni però il bagno al piano di sotto non funzionava lo scarico del wc ed il bagno al piano di sopra aveva la vasca idromassaggio in condizioni pessime. Ruggine, calcare e muffa nelle bocchette e nello scarico. Peccato perché per ambienti, posizione e cortesia del personale andrebbe...

「Please consider higher quality bed sheets that are not scratchy. The aparment is clean, and orgainzed. VERY NOISY during night sleep hours with courtyard two bars full of people talking loudly plus loud noises from city workers emptying the three garbage bins below bedroom windows 3-5a every morning. Your add needs to share information abour bar and nightgly garbage removal noises, the main reasons I would not return. Unfornately we did not get much sleep.」
