Hotel was spotless, staff were amazing and accommodating to every need, location was perfect. Bed was super comfortable with a nice range of pillows. Restaurant was visually appealing, food was delicious although we never had breakfast, only dinner. Really appreciated FREE e-bike rental to explore the city. Organised taxi for us to airport, with pick up on time and outside the front door. Decor in the hotel was sublime.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location near Piazza Maggiore. Easily walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, museums, churches etc. Hotel staff very all very nice and front desk staff were very helpful.
