"Hard to walk around a park. Couldn’t find restaurants even though maps took me to a different place. Outdated "

"The lake , pool and golf course were amazing. I don’t like to complain but did notice a few things. The rooms were nice but did not like the vanities /bathroom with no door to separate the bedroom The angled walls seem like they waste needed space. The exhaust fans do not seem to work, the patio door was missing hardware, tv remote was intermittent tub drain was slow. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, we did enjoy our stay Respectfully Shannan T Wright"

"Pools were good , bartender at lazy river was amazing. Overall property needs a little TLC but is in good shape . Wonderful if you have a family to visit here , for a romantic trip it’s ok also but only 1 onsite restaurant and the pool is great but I’m the kind of person who like to visit 1 maybe 2 times that’s it so I can only say if I was here with my kids ( old now ) it would have been great! As for wife and me for romance , was food for 2 pool days . Rooms great all good overall . "

"Room was clean. Blankets are not comfortable. Pool was dirty. Check in staff was short and curt. Didn’t feel it was worth the price of the room. "

"What a beautiful place for our needed RNR (rest and relaxation). With the beautiful decor, calming effect of the scenery, the friendly and helpful staff our objectives were met. It was relaxing having our delicious breakfast on their patio where we could people watch and listen to the birds . We are looking forward to returning to our newly found get away, hopefully when we can stay longer. "

"A maintenance guy walked in to our room while we were sleeping saying that he was coming in cuz we called in saying that our toilet wasn't working. So we told him that it wasn't us who called. My wife had to call down to the lobby using her cell phone cuz the phone on the room wasn't working. So she called in to see what was going on with the maintenance showing up early. They had told us that we had called in do to the toilet. We had told them that it wasn't us that called in and they kept sayings it was us, instead of apologizing."

"This was a last minute book for a couple days in Phoenix area and then up to Flagstaff. It was an incredible trip, but the Kimpton stay was the highlight. They just remodeled and put us in a villa. It was a full bedroom bathroom, dining area and tv room with seating. The outdoor patio was beautifully designed and landscaped. Our unit also had a front gate and after opening it you could take 10 steps to another gate with one of who knows how many pools. They are everywhere. Great music plays throughout from pools. Ours was so nice we pretty much stayed in our area pool. The ones closer to the front look like a high end resort hotel. I really loved this spot"

"Everything was great amenities wise. B|B market the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly. Today on our last day, one of the older ladies running the market/ breakfast was extremely rude & short. We had questions on the breakfast package and she couldn’t be bothered. Mike in the market was so nice & kind! "
