"The rooms weren’t the best considering the prices. There wasn’t any hot water the water was luke warm. There was a foul smell in the hallways. "

"Room was clean. Staff were inconsistent on politeness, some were rude, some nice. There were lots of shops nearby. The room was smaller than expected, missing several things you expect a standard hotel room would have. Such as a mini fridge, that was extra cost, luggage holders were missing, housekeeping didn't come by until the end, room struggled to stay cold. And so many hidden fees. "

"I absolutely loved staying at the Venetian. The rooms were a great size, plenty of room to lounge also! All the restaurants in the Venetian were delicious. You have to try the fried bologna sandwich, oh my gosh!"

"This property charges upward of $300.00 at check-in for what they call incidental purchases. Your also charged $20.00 a day to park which should be included in resort fee. There us a mini bar in room which cost $19.99, whether ysed or not. Each item used also costs additional $19.99. Non of this information was included in my reservation. Only charge I was made aware of of $186.70 due at property at check-in. The resort fee only includes pool, gym. Which was unavailable during my stay. I had to call parking attendant everytime I wanted to leave garage because my room key wasn't authorized for parking, even tho I was charged $20.00 a day for this service. The only brightside to my stay was Def Leppard Residency. "

"I will start by saying, I know you always get what you pay for, so I was not expecting a ton. With that said, the room was fairly well cleaned, staff was nice, and it's a classic Vegas hotel. My issue started with the check in process, it was all kiosk check in, and if you try to check in with a front desk agent they tell you to go to the kiosk, this should be optional and not mandatory (I prefer to keep people employed). I used a phone tap payment at the kiosk, after waiting for a half hour for our room to "be ready", I was told it was because the kiosks don't do well with phone taps. The hotel is one of the older ones in Vegas, so their windows do not block sound at all, I was on the 23rd floor and was constantly woke up from traffic noises. Also, I found that besides a couple of screws that could be easily removed, the windows are able to be opened. One of the windows in my room was missing said screws and was able to open... Yikes! Considering I'm 23 floors up in a place known for drinking and people doing dumb stuff. Dining options were somewhat limited with what seemed like half the food court options closed most of the time. Not to mention paying $23 for a fast food burger. Overall, in a pinch I would stay again, but I would gladly spend a little extra for a newer property."
