「Staff was helpful and friendly. Held on to our bags prior to check in so we could tour Rio. The same thing on checkout. Dining staff was friendly and helpful. If speaking English to staff other than front desk, it is helpful to have a translator app. Everyone was friendly. Ubers reasonable to tourist spots.」

「The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.」
