Overall, I really recommend this hotel. About 95% of the staff were courteous, kind, and genuinely happy to help, which made the stay very enjoyable. The only downside was the remaining 5%—a few employees who didn’t smile, didn’t greet guests, and seemed bothered when asked for anything. In particular, some of the pool bar staff consistently looked like they disliked their job, which was disappointing. That said, everything else was excellent: the location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the cocktails were great quality. I would absolutely stay here again.

I loved the room service the two young gentlemen were very polite , professional and caring! The ac was so quiet that was a pleasure. The hotel is well located and easy to get around , beautiful beach, pleasant Fairmont’s team . Just lovely. I can’t say enough. I want to thanks everyone that make my stay comfortable and unforgettable.

My stay at the Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana was absolutely amazing! The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach with stunning ocean views. The service was outstanding; the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean.
