「The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. 「A lovely oasis outside the main tourist areas yet still close enough to walk to everything. I’d read the reviews about the “rough” neighbourhood, but while it is not picturesque, it always felt safe. The hotel has loveky bright rooms, and is scrupulously clean. 「Excellent hotel hidden between old buildings and small streets. You drive up to a beautiful hotel with parking! We were always greeted with warm smiles and kindness. We received a free upgrade and a welcome drink with dessert in the room. Everything is brand new, clean, smells great and feels like luxury. They have a wonderful spa with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. 「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」
