「The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff were exceptional. The tours available at the resort are well worth pursuing with excellent guides. It would be nice to have more benches while waiting for the shuttles, and perhaps some call boxes. Having more umbrellas at the pool would be welcome, and it would be great if the pools were open longer in the evening. The ocean beach here is lovely with lots of big shade trees, and nightly visits from howler monkeys and coatis provided...

「Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management.」

「They did not give us a room (stated they had an event that night) and did not bother to cancel the reservation, we found out when we arrived at the hotel.」

「The room was bright and clean. All the staff were very helpful! I left before the breakfast was served however I was offered a bagged breakfast to take with me. The pool looked as though it was very clean, there were numerous people in it cooling off. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel.」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...
