"Rooms look like the inside cabin, in the hull of a cruise ship. So tiny, no sitting area, staff had terrible attitude. I checked out a day early and the desk clerk told me I could not checkout until the next day and I left, I had a plane to catch. What property tell you, you can’t leave? I will never stay here again. AND people were smoking in their rooms on the second floor and nothing happened even though it’s a smoke free property."

"We had a great room and a great breakfast in the morning. There must be a problem with the wind comming through the vents on windy days . We could hear a low hum in the bathroom but it wasnt any problems sleeping, in fact, it was like white noise that was a positive! We stay there once a year. We had a good dinner in the sports bar that was opened until 2am which was good since we were there Sunday night to Monday. We will be back next year! "

"Well, when we went to go check in, we could not even though we got there at 6 o’clock so we had to come back at seven and there was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and in the drawers there wasn’t enough towels in the bathroom and there was still hair in the shower and garbage in the bathroom on the floor! "

"Clean room. Beds and pillows not as comfortable as we would have hoped for. Great staff. Good breakfast "

"The jacuzzi was a pain! Took a lot to turn the jets on. The staff was the best very apologetic. But driving over a hour on the basis of the jacuzzi room it was very disappointing "

"Room had a few things, leaky tub handles, broken head board and the fridge smelt like booty. Pool was closed and elevator was slow slow slow. Could hear my neighbors toilet all weekend as well. But the view and amazing staff made up for it all :)"
