「The desk clerk had his hands tied and could not turn the air on without authorization, so we opened the windows that had no screen and got a fan and put that in the open window of our room. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 and by the time I got there at 8, there was no fruit, yogurt or juice. The eggs were fried and the sausage luke warm. No milk for the cereal.
