"The property was completely unprepared. To start with, the people in charge of it were lost looking for keys for some four hours. The interior was smelly, with puddles of (hopefully) water on the floor, the bathrooms looked like they were not cleaned for years. Horrible location, in the middle of nowhere, a good 40- minute drive to the city center. Ants in the bedrooms, cockroaches in the kitchen.Obviously no one cared about housekeeping.We even had to buy toilet paper ourselves! This qualifies...

"Overall I had a nice and relaxing experience. The dinner and lunch were okay, loved the pasta station, but the breakfast needs work.. The tall slim balding guy who was there giving out and collecting the towels was rude to me but nice to others! But other than that it was beautiful. The one entertainer lady with the red hair was very welcoming and the dj played good music!"

They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and provided such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, and their genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. The daily breakfast was delicious, and one of my favorite touches was how personal the service felt. The staff remembered our breakfast orders and even knew my husband and me by name. Those little details made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The spa was also amazing and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. And because we were celebrating my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made my birthday celebration in Morocco even more memorable. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. My husband and I left with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. The beautiful property, exceptional service, delicious food, and incredible staff made our stay truly special. ❤️✨🇲🇦"

"We had an amazing stay here, great value for money, the best service I've ever received hands down. Would recommend a trip to Morocco and this hotel to anyone. About 30 mins from the Medina but the shuttle service is reliable and free just need to book it in advance. The main restaurant has lots of choice and good food, great service you'll not think much about eating out. The two other restaurants were also very nice, I'd try all of them if you stay for a week. Pool area is great, lots of activities run by the staff who are good fun and keep everyone entertained during the day and at night around the pool bar. All inclusive drinks were very good, a few beer and wine options and about 15 cocktails to choose from. We took full advantage of this. The hot oil massage at the spa is worth a go."

"We stayed 4 nights/5 days at this hotel in August. Such a lovely staff, a very nice room, good food and a beautiful poolside area. It was quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is located a bit outside the city center. No problem getting a sunbed by the pool, and the staff was helpful with everything we asked for. It was never a problem no matter what. As this is a smaller boutiqe hotel, we felt almost like family during our stay, as the staff was so easy going, but still very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakech."
