Cabin was very private and parking was safe but was difficult if you need to get out early and someone parked behind you. The owner was very respectful and helpful. He made our stay great.

Great few nights

Great couple night stay. Nice clean peaceful area of Palermo. Great manager owner, Sergio. The rooms were clean with its own private bath. There were nice big common rooms for coffee and socializing. Nice place to stay for a few gays or few weeks.

A pretty cozy place – really sweet host – feels a bit like staying with the local Italian family. There was a bit of noise from the ring road – we stayed in "the old garage," which was a lovely experience. Unfortunately, there were quite a few people around, as the hosts apparently rent out the pool by the day (at one point, there were 18 people in the small pool). Also, the hosts' pricing for food and drinks is a bit steep... a toast for €9.50. But they are incredibly kind and probably just trying to secure the last bit for their pension ;) All in all, a good experience

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The air conditioning did not work, which was especially concerning since my husband suffers from high blood pressure and cannot be in overly warm settings. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The hotel itself is very outdated and looks nothing like the photos online. Instead of the charming, modern feel we expected, it resembled more of a rustic log cabin. Additionally, I did not feel safe — there was a strange set of stairs with a door leading directly into our space, but we were not given a key. It felt as though anyone could walk in on us at any time. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations on multiple levels, and I would not recommend it. Although we didn’t even stay this fraudster refuses to return our money. If you want to stay in a dirty dingy room where the owner is around all the time like a creep this is for you if not steer clear. Look up the terrible reviews on other sites. This site is misleading

La nourriture n’est pas toujours disponible, dispendieuse et n’est pas très bonne. La pizza est surgelée, le déjeuner complet à 9€ c’est des rôties avec café. L’air climatisé de la chambre Saloon ne fonctionne presque pas. Il faisait très chaud durant la nuit. La stationnement est très compliqué car ce n’est qu’une seule voie. Hotel situé sur la voie de service de l’autoroute. Une voiture est nécessaire.

Lå her i 6 netter og Sergio tok oss i mot med åpne armer. Kjempe fint sted med en super hyggelig vert. Enkel, men god frokost. Ikke inkludert. Burde helst ha leiebil denne plassen. Om man ikke har det så fikser Sergio transport, ellers så går det biss.

Villa di charme sulle prime alture di Palermo

Villa di charme con bellissimo giardino con piscina (non ancora utilizzabile durante il nostro soggiorno ma veramente bella), camera spaziosa. Per un disguido con il sistema di prentazione invece di avere tutta la junior suite all'ultimo piano disponibile, è stato necessario condividere il bagno con un altro ospite, ma la cosa non ha creato problemi ed il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile nel gestire la cosa. Ottima in generale l'ospitalità, colazione buonissima con prodotti artigianali, che sono disponibili anche per una merenda in giardino. Ottima la posizione, nelle vicinanze Sferracavallo e Mondello, ed accesso all'autostrada diretto.
